4Consulting Inc. (“4Ci”) was incorporated on March 28th, 2000. Trust, integrity, and knowledge are the business principles of our company and we continue to follow these business principles.
4Ci was started by Ruchi Kapur Anand & Vivek Anand with a simple business plan to provide good, well qualified personnel to all our clients. Over a period of time we have expanded our business from a single room office to 3 US service delivery centers, 5 recruiting offices in India, and employees working in over 22 US states.
Today we hold major staffing & consulting contracts with worlds largest consulting firms, S&P 500 companies, federal and state government. 4Ci has received nominations from Sabre Holdings and DFW/MBC Council of Dallas Fort Worth.

We believe in giving back to the community & to those who need support, guidance, and assistance from businesses such as ours.4Ci participates in events organized by its customers to support our and their social and moral commitments towards the society. Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA)
CASA is a national association in the United States that supports and promotes court-appointed advocates for abused or neglected children in order to provide children with a safe and healthy environment in permanent homes. The program is similar to, but is not a guardian ad litem program. According to National CASA, today there are more than 70,000 advocates serving in 1,018 state and local program offices nationwide.
Foster Youth Education Fund (FYEF)
The Foster Youth Education Fund is a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness, generating funds and providing support to assist emancipated foster youth in reaching their higher education goals. We all know that education is one key to a successful future. We encourage our own children to dream big, study hard and pursue higher education goals. For children with family support and encouragement, that dream can be realized.
US Veterans Training Initiative
4Ci has trained US Veterans thru its “Academy / Training Program”. Training is provided for computer programmers, quality analyst, testers, and systems analyst. Placement assistance is provided upon successful completion of training program. 4Ci training academies are located in Camp Hill, PA and Dallas, TX.
US Service Delivery Centers
Texas Service Delivery Center
Texas service delivery center (SDC) caters to business needs of 4Ci’s clients in US Lower Mid-West & West Coast region. 4Ci corporate office is located in TXSDC. Primary services provided are contracts management and staff augmentation for commercial, state, and federal clients.
TXSDC has state of the art infrastructure and comprises of amenities such as in-house gymnasium and deli for 4Ci employees and 24/7 onsite security.
Florida Service Delivery Center
FL SDC caters to South East and Mid East Region and provides staff augmentation services, training services, and custom application development services to 4Ci clients based in these regions. FLSDC has a strategic business agreement with world’s largest consulting company to train professionals on various programming languages and business intelligence tools. Delivery center has a capacity to train 80 professionals at any time. FLSDC is well equipped with state of the art infrastructure & equipment to provide off-site custom application development services.
Pennsylvania Service Delivery Center
PA service delivery center (PASDC) caters to North East and Upper Mid-West region and provides staff augmentation services, training services, and custom application development services to 4Ci’s clients based in these regions. PASDC has a strategic business agreement with world’s largest consulting company to train professionals on various programming languages and business intelligence tools. Delivery center has a capacity to train 40 professionals at any time. PASDC is well equipped with state of the art infrastructure & equipment to provide off-site custom application development services.
