Contract Staffing
For example; improvisation in terms of cost efficiency (such as ReCAP), innovation in terms of building a employee centric sourcing model (such as ReRM), and identification of techniques that elevate an ‘ordinary process’ to an ‘extraordinary process’ (such as xSM).
4Ci has contracts with customers that have business needs which are ad-hoc, tactical, and strategic in nature. It is impossible for one strategy to meet all their needs. Hence, our staffing model has to be more in line with customer’s business model, in other words, establishing a true customer centric staffing model.
Ad-Hoc Sourcing
Ad-hoc sourcing methods are used when there are no pre-determined needs within the company or the needs are constantly changing. Procurement of contingent labor for ad-hoc business needs requires the ability to quickly ramp up /down of personnel, established network of pre-qualified personnel, access to resources, and high caliber recruiters.
4Ci’s unique staffing methodology (ReSAM) is structured to support ad-hoc, tactical, and strategic business needs of our customers without compromising on quality of services and business risks.
Tactical Sourcing
Tactical sourcing methodology is used where a large percentage of staffing needs are pre-determined and timelines for on-boarding consultants are largely defined for the duration of project. This methodology is most commonly used to staff large scale, multi-year projects where use of technology, manpower skills, software products, business needs are pre-determined and major changes are not expected during the term of the contract.
4Ci’s unique staffing methodology (ReSAM) is structured to support ad-hoc, tactical, and strategic business needs of our customers without compromising on quality of services and business risks.
Strategic Sourcing
Strategic sourcing goes beyond staffing a project with personnel. As a supplier we take the ownership of staffing a fixed percentage or fixed number of positions for duration of the contract. Driven by collaborative approach and fixed price across all labor categories, strategic approach results in higher operational efficiency and quality of service with overall reduction in cost of services.

Our Strategy
Strategy is not operational excellence. Strategy is not achieving ‘sales target’ or meeting individual ‘goals & objectives’. Strategy is the ability of a company to perform tasks and activities in a unique or different way than its competition. In today’s competitive world processes and products can be copied and your competition can beat you at your own game. In order to stay ahead of the game, company should continuously improvise, innovate, and or identify processes that are unique and different to perform any activity or a task. 4Ci’s ReSAM staffing strategy helps improve cost efficiency, incremental operations excellence, and identified techniques that elevate an ‘ordinary recruiting process’ to an ‘extraordinary recruiting process’.
To successfully execute a ‘Recruitment Strategy’ it is critical to understand our customer’s business, their demands and priorities. There should be a clear demarcation between customer expectations, their modus operandi, and recruiting challenges. It is impossible for one strategy to meet all the above needs. Our strategy has to be more in line with client’s business model, in other words, establishing a true customer centric recruiting model that incorporates an intelligent blend of ad-hoc, tactical and strategic sourcing models.
ReSAM Framework
4Ci’s sourcing model is based on ReSORCE Staff Augmentation (ReSAM) Methodology framework that integrates ad-hoc, tactical and strategic recruitment processes. This model is designed to support varying needs, planned or unplanned, of our clients. On-boarding process, souring process (ad-hoc, tactical, strategic), delivery process, performance and quality process, risk mitigation process, and compliance validation process are integrated at strategic points to enable seamless exchange of information using internally developed online automation system. Workflow of ReSORCE framework is structured in such a way that no one single process experiences stress or is underutilized during sudden ramp up or ramp down of requirements from a customer.
Contract labor industry is a high paced environment. Successful execution of recruitment processes require competent personnel and well defined approach. Poorly trained workforce faces several challenges to successfully complete basic. 4Ci’s ReSAM framework helps internal recruiters over come recruiting challenges thereby resulting successful delivery of services to our customers.
ReCAP Framework
Due to the dynamic nature of contract staffing business; it is imperative that we as a supplier have a well defined framework to concurrently manage and monitor all activities and tasks associated with a service contract without compromising quality, service level agreements, and commitments. Seamless integration of processes is necessary to deliver services with high level of efficiency and productivity.
ReSORCE Contract Administration Plan (ReCAP©) is 4Ci’s proprietary methodology that establishes guidelines for ethical behavior, procedural efficiency, and effective support from all 4Ci personnel involved in providing support to customer. Our approach results in tangible and intangible benefits such as; lower transaction cost, improved productivity and quality of contract labor, reduction in lead time with improved response quality, increased transparency of processes, higher level of supplier commitment and responsiveness, to our customers.
Governance Model (XGOV)
Several factors can impact delivery of services in staffing engagement. As a supplier, we have the responsibility to implement preventive measures to minimize occurrence of issues, establish a framework of processes and tasks to ensure compliance with government policies and regulations for contract industry (privacy, security, confidentiality) and hiring of foreign labor (immigration), and implement guidelines for business continuity and performance guarantee.
xGOV model establishes ground rules for participation in the engagement, communication protocol, decision making process, & collaboration process for effective management of overall contract engagement. The model provides necessary procedural framework and base level foundation for each task that shall prevent staffing engagement from descending into chaos
