4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
What you’ll do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end application components, ensuring responsive user interfaces, reliable server-side functionality, and seamless integration across application services.
- Collaborate with engagement managers, project teams, and functional and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, lead development workstreams, identify process improvements, and deliver high-quality application solutions.
- Develop maintainable, reusable, and secure code using software engineering best practices, including refactoring, continuous integration, automated testing, test-driven development, static code analysis, and peer reviews.
- Support application architecture and lifecycle management, including integration of AI and large language model capabilities, implementation of AI governance practices, and optimization of application quality, performance, and security.
What you bring
- Experience supporting enterprise application development and modernization initiatives involving complex business workflows, process optimization, and integration of front-end and back-end business services.
- Experience designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating enterprise applications, APIs, interfaces, workflows, batch processes, and data-processing components supporting business operations.
- Experience implementing secure application development practices, identity and access management processes, and enterprise application lifecycle controls.
- Experience supporting AI-enabled business solutions, including integration of large language model capabilities and alignment with organizational AI governance requirements.
