As Chief Executive Officer and the company’s Social Impact & Diversity Proponent, Ruchi directs corporate operations across finance, banking, planning, policy, human resources, employment activities, customer engagement and strategic relationships. He aligns offshore operations with global business objectives, supports cross-border delivery oversight, manages hiring and operational teams, and strengthens workflow governance, resource transparency, KPI alignment and service continuity across distributed delivery environments.
