4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer User Support Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
What you’ll do
- Provide technical assistance to users by responding to support requests and addressing basic issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve common hardware and software problems, escalating complex technical issues to appropriate support teams when necessary.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment, operating systems, software applications, printers, scanners, and related IT devices.
- Monitor system performance, document technical issues and resolutions, and maintain support records to improve service quality and support future troubleshooting.
What you bring
- Experience providing end-user technology support in office or enterprise IT environments.
- Experience resolving user issues involving computer hardware, software applications, peripherals, and basic network connectivity.
- Experience managing technical support requests, documenting incidents, escalating unresolved issues, and maintaining service continuity.
- Experience assisting employees and business users with day-to-day technology needs while following established IT support procedures.
