4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
What you’ll do
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into ETL specifications and development tasks.
- Develop and maintain ETL code using SQL, Python, and Unix-based tools to support reliable data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Perform unit testing, data validation, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and processing quality.
- Support production deployments, release activities, and post-deployment troubleshooting while maintaining technical documentation and coordinating with delivery teams.
What you bring
- Experience supporting large-scale State Government Health and Human Services (HHS) applications, particularly Medicaid and Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES/MMIS), involving healthcare data integration, eligibility, claims, and other public-benefit program operations.
- Experience designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating enterprise applications, APIs, interfaces, workflows, batch processes, and data-processing components supporting government programs.
- Experience supporting Medicaid data integration, ETL workflows, data transformation, validation, reconciliation, and reporting processes while maintaining data accuracy across interconnected government systems.
- Experience working within government technology environments involving program-specific business rules, regulatory requirements, Agile/SAFe delivery, production deployment, release documentation, and ongoing application support.
