4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
What you’ll do
- Design, develop, and maintain YAML-based CI/CD pipelines, reusable templates, multi-stage workflows, pipeline conditions, and parameterization to standardize build and release processes across repositories.
- Lead the transition from classic pipelines to YAML-based Azure DevOps Services workflows, supporting repository migration, Git branching strategies, Azure Repos policies, pull-request validation, and pipeline stabilization.
- Integrate automated testing, code-quality checks, security scanning, package management, and artifact versioning into delivery pipelines while implementing secure secrets management, service connections, variable groups, and least-privilege access controls.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, quality assurance, and release-management teams to troubleshoot pipeline issues, document migration procedures, develop runbooks, and establish sustainable pipeline support practices.
What you bring
- Experience supporting enterprise software delivery modernization, including repository migration, branching strategy standardization, build automation, and release workflow transition.
- Experience designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating enterprise applications, APIs, interfaces, workflows, batch processes, and data-processing components supporting business operations.
- Experience establishing consistent software delivery practices, including pull-request validation, code-quality controls, automated testing, security checks, and controlled deployment processes.
- Experience coordinating with engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, quality assurance, and release-management teams to support migration readiness, operational stabilization, documentation, and ongoing delivery governance.
