4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Web and Digital Interface Designers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
What you’ll do
- Design and refine website layouts, digital interfaces, and content structures to deliver intuitive navigation, clear information hierarchy, and consistent user experiences across digital platforms.
- Develop and organize interface content, labels, instructions, messaging, and other digital elements to improve usability, accessibility, and user engagement.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, translate user needs into design solutions, and ensure content and interface elements work together effectively.
- Evaluate digital interfaces through usability testing, user feedback, and design reviews; identify improvement opportunities and refine layouts, content, and interaction patterns to enhance overall usability.
What you bring
- Experience designing user-centered digital experiences for websites and web applications, aligning interface content, navigation, and visual presentation with user needs and business objectives.
- Experience organizing digital information, structuring content, and simplifying complex information to improve comprehension, accessibility, and task completion.
- Experience collaborating with product, design, research, and development teams to translate business requirements and user feedback into effective digital interface solutions.
- Experience evaluating website usability, content clarity, accessibility, and interaction consistency to support continuous improvement of digital products and customer experiences.
