4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Architect to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement SAP utility solutions, including SAP S/4HANA where applicable, while defining component interactions, subsystem requirements, interfaces, and integration standards.
- Provide strategic technical guidance for SAP development, production fixes, system enhancements, and solution design while ensuring alignment between business needs and enterprise architecture.
- Analyze customer service business processes, document requirements, support regulatory and internal control compliance, and recommend improvements to operational performance and workflow efficiency.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to support device management, service orders, meter and premise transactions, exception handling, testing, implementation, operational reporting, and issue resolution.
What you bring
- Experience supporting utility and energy-sector customer service operations, including service orders, device management, meter and premise transactions, field service coordination, and customer account-related workflows.
- Experience analyzing utility business processes, operational performance, exception handling, and service order lifecycles to identify improvement opportunities and support reliable service delivery.
- Experience documenting business requirements, supporting regulatory and internal control compliance, and coordinating governance, risk identification, business continuity, operational reporting, and issue escalation.
- Experience collaborating with utility business stakeholders, field operations, and technical support teams to translate operational needs into system requirements, validate solutions, and implement process improvements.
