4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Health Informatics Specialist to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
What you’ll do
- Lead healthcare application configuration activities, evaluate clinical and operational workflow requirements, and coordinate design decisions with clinical, business, and technical stakeholders.
- Manage configuration backlogs, assess workflow gaps, prioritize enhancements, and coordinate integration across registration, nursing, ancillary services, referrals, and reporting functions.
- Validate application configurations and workflows against applicable healthcare regulations, clinical quality standards, and operational requirements, documenting findings and coordinating corrective actions.
- Facilitate stakeholder reviews, maintain configuration and requirements documentation, coordinate system validation, and route confirmed new requirements through established governance and change-management processes.
What you bring
- Experience supporting healthcare organizations and government healthcare programs involving clinical information systems, patient care operations, continuing care, and long-term-care services.
- Experience coordinating healthcare workflows across patient registration, nursing, behavioral health, ancillary services, referrals, and clinical and operational reporting.
- Experience validating healthcare application workflows against applicable regulatory requirements, clinical assessment standards, quality assurance processes, and organizational policies.
- Experience coordinating clinical stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to resolve workflow gaps, manage configuration decisions, prioritize enhancements, and support integrated healthcare system delivery.
