4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
What you’ll do
- Translate business requirements into business rules, Blaze Rule Templates, business object models, rule flows, decision tables, and other rule-engine components to support automated underwriting solutions.
- Lead the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of FICO Blaze Advisor applications, including rule administration, server management, production support, and Java web service or EJB integrations.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including project planning, staff assignment coordination, progress monitoring, technical documentation, solution recommendations, and customer delivery coordination.
- Mentor and train junior developers and support personnel, troubleshoot application issues, enforce software quality processes, and evaluate rule-engine migration and scaling approaches.
What you bring
- Experience supporting automated underwriting and enterprise decisioning systems, including translating business policies, eligibility criteria, and decision logic into configurable business rules.
- Experience designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating enterprise applications, APIs, interfaces, workflows, batch processes, and data-processing components supporting government programs.
- Experience supporting decision rules management, rule validation, production decision processes, and business rule maintenance across application development and operational environments.
- Experience leading enterprise software delivery, coordinating technical teams and customer stakeholders, managing implementation decisions, and supporting rule-engine migration and solution scalability.
