4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Management Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
What you’ll do
- Perform daily CRM triaging by reviewing, organizing, prioritizing, and coordinating incoming requests and activities.
- Prepare and maintain daily CRM reports to support project tracking, operational visibility, and status updates.
- Monitor and triage daily TFS items and email communications, ensuring requests and action items are routed and addressed appropriately.
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, task assignments, status communications, and knowledge management activities, including maintaining information in SharePoint or other approved repositories
What you bring
- Experience supporting CRM operations, request management, daily activity tracking, reporting, and project coordination within a structured business environment.
- Experience coordinating project activities, maintaining schedules, tracking action items, delegating tasks, and communicating status updates across teams.
- Experience managing business communications, customer service requests, administrative workflows, and knowledge repositories while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience analyzing operational needs, coordinating stakeholder activities, and translating business requests into organized tasks and actionable follow-ups.
