4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
What you’ll do
- Review business processes and requirements, conduct impact and gap analysis, and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Develop and document technical designs and build web-based applications, APIs, Azure Functions, and data-processing solutions using approved technologies and development practices.
- Optimize application and data pipeline performance, troubleshoot technical issues, independently resolve defects, and implement unit testing and code review best practices.
- Provide technical leadership by assessing risks, coordinating development activities, collaborating with analysts and business stakeholders, and communicating technical solutions and project updates.
What you bring
- Experience designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating enterprise applications, APIs, interfaces, workflows, and data-processing components supporting business operations.
- Experience translating business processes, stakeholder needs, and data requirements into functional specifications, technical designs, and scalable application solutions.
- Experience developing and supporting enterprise data integration and ETL processes involving multiple source systems, relational databases, APIs, and business applications.
- Experience providing technical leadership across application development, system integration, performance optimization, defect resolution, and Agile delivery initiatives.
