4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
What you’ll do
- Design and develop UiPath automation solutions and supporting frameworks, selecting integration approaches that support scalability, auditability, monitoring, exception handling, and operational reliability.
- Manage the automation development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, user acceptance testing, and production support.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, product owners, and business analysts to define requirements, resolve issues, manage risks, coordinate delivery activities, and ensure automation solutions meet stakeholder expectations.
- Troubleshoot automation issues, implement bug fixes, support deployments and go-live activities, provide post-production operational support, and mentor junior team members on automation technologies.
What you bring
- Experience supporting enterprise business process automation, including the analysis of complex business rules, data relationships, process requirements, and operational workflows.
- Experience supporting Integrated Eligibility systems or large-scale government Health and Human Services applications, including automation of program workflows and business processes.
- Experience collaborating with application development, quality assurance, automation, product, and business analysis teams to deliver integrated enterprise solutions.
- Experience managing automation requirements, user acceptance testing, deployment readiness, production issue resolution, and ongoing operational support across business and technical stakeholder groups.
