4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
What you’ll do
- Establish, maintain, and improve QA processes, testing standards, quality metrics, and testing methodologies to support consistent quality outcomes across multiple applications.
- Plan, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases, scripts, test plans, and procedures covering functional, regression, integration, system, performance, smoke, and other applicable testing activities.
- Coordinate testing activities across onsite and offshore teams, serve as the primary onsite testing contact for releases, mentor QA team members, and collaborate with business analysts and engineering teams.
- Diagnose and track defects through resolution, support production cutover and release testing, evaluate application testability, and coordinate performance testing and other quality activities as required.
What you bring
- Experience supporting enterprise marketing technology environments involving multiple interconnected web applications and digital marketing platforms.
- Experience validating business rules, application workflows, interfaces, data, batch processes, and end-to-end transactions through functional, integration, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience testing marketing automation and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, including campaign management, customer engagement workflows, and marketing data integrations.
- Experience coordinating quality assurance activities across business analysts, engineering teams, and onsite and offshore testing resources to support enterprise application releases.
