4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
What you’ll do
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate application releases across development, QA/SIT, UAT, staging, and production environments. Manage release calendars, readiness reviews, go/no-go meetings, deployment runbooks, rollback plans, release notes, and post-deployment validation.
- Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to validate, test, and deploy application components. Establish branching strategies, pull request standards, repository controls, secure credential management, and automated quality gates to improve deployment consistency.
- Manage application environments, configurations, metadata, and integration dependencies. Coordinate deployments across connected applications and services, resolve environment inconsistencies, and troubleshoot deployment conflicts across multiple development teams.
- Maintain release documentation, change records, and audit trails in accordance with organizational change management and compliance requirements. Monitor pipeline performance, improve deployment success rates, reduce manual activities, and mentor developers on source control and deployment best practices.
What you bring
- Experience supporting enterprise CRM platforms, customer-facing portals, service applications, and business process automation across multiple organizational environments.
- Experience managing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud deployments, including application configurations, user access, workflows, and portal functionality.
- Experience designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating enterprise applications, APIs, interfaces, workflows, batch processes, and data-processing components supporting government programs.
- Experience coordinating enterprise release cycles, application integration dependencies, change approvals, deployment risks, audit documentation, and production readiness across development, testing, operations, and business teams.
