4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Web & Digital Interface Designer to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
What you’ll do
- Conduct research and evaluations to understand user needs, assess current experiences, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop design concepts, workflows, prototypes, and other artifacts to communicate proposed solutions and improve usability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather feedback, evaluate feasibility, and refine recommendations.
- Synthesize research findings into prioritized recommendations, implementation plans, and presentations for business and technical audiences.
What you bring
- Experience evaluating enterprise talent marketplace applications, including user workflows, stakeholder needs, pain points, and opportunities to improve the professional and HR user experience.
- Experience designing AI-enabled, intelligent, and conversational experiences, translating user research into practical future-state experience recommendations.
- Experience engaging HR leadership, professionals, product owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to facilitate workshops, validate concepts, and align design recommendations.
- Experience developing user personas, journey maps, prioritized improvement opportunities, business cases, implementation roadmaps, and executive-ready presentations for enterprise application enhancements.
