4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
What you’ll do
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver to validate application functionality in UAT environments.
- Triage automated test failures, investigate root causes, resolve configuration issues, and coordinate with development and QA teams to address defects.
- Execute automated test suites, monitor results, document defects, and prepare regular testing status reports for project stakeholders.
- Develop new automation scripts, maintain existing test assets, and support continuous improvements in test coverage, reliability, and execution efficiency.
What you bring
- Experience supporting public-sector technology initiatives involving New York State departments, government applications, business workflows, and operational processes.
- Experience validating business rules, application workflows, interfaces, data, batch processes, and end-to-end transactions through functional, integration, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience supporting healthcare program applications involving Medicaid and Medicare processes, eligibility, enrollment, claims, and related business transactions.
- Experience coordinating UAT activities, documenting test outcomes, communicating defects, and supporting quality assurance and release readiness across government or healthcare application environments.
