4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Network and Computer Systems Administrators to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
What you’ll do
- Administer and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, service catalogs, and platform components to support business and IT service management requirements.
- Maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), platform integrations, user roles, access permissions, and reporting capabilities.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, support incident resolution and upgrades, and maintain platform performance, availability, and operational reliability.
- Support ITIL-based service management processes, maintain technical documentation, and ensure platform configurations align with federal security and compliance requirements.
What you bring
- Experience supporting Federal Government IT service management initiatives, including enterprise service operations, configuration management, and platform administration in secure government environments.
- Experience administering enterprise service management processes, including incident, problem, change, request, and service catalog management aligned with ITIL practices.
- Experience supporting configuration management databases (CMDB), asset and service records, workflow governance, access controls, system integrations, and operational reporting to maintain reliable and auditable IT services.
- Experience coordinating with government stakeholders, service owners, infrastructure teams, and application support teams to resolve platform issues, manage upgrades, maintain compliance documentation, and improve service delivery.
