4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
What you’ll do
- Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, system demonstrations, Inspect and Adapt workshops, and other Agile Release Train events.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies, risks, impediments, capacity planning, backlog readiness, and release readiness to maintain delivery alignment.
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and delivery teams on Agile and SAFe practices while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Track program performance, communicate delivery status and risks to stakeholders, and align execution with business objectives and product roadmaps.
What you bring
- Experience supporting financial services and wealth management environments, including product delivery aligned with Financial Advisor needs, branch operations, client experience, and business priorities.
- Experience managing complex government technology initiatives across requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and operational transition while coordinating state agencies, business teams, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating scaled Agile delivery across multiple Scrum teams, including program increment planning, cross-team dependencies, capacity management, release readiness, risk mitigation, and delivery performance reporting.
- Experience partnering with product management, architecture, business leaders, and technology teams to align roadmaps, manage program-level priorities, improve delivery predictability, and drive continuous improvement in regulated enterprise environments.
