4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and delivery priorities for complex technical programs.
- Lead cross-functional technical teams, coordinate stakeholders, and facilitate collaboration across business and technology functions.
- Monitor program progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and performance while driving timely resolution of delivery challenges.
- Manage initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and preparing regular status updates for stakeholders.
What you bring
- Experience managing large-scale Big Data, Business Intelligence, and Analytics programs, including complex initiatives, deliverables, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience managing complex government technology initiatives across requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and operational transition while coordinating state agencies, business teams, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Experience leading large cross-functional technical teams and coordinating business, analytics, and technical stakeholders across enterprise program initiatives from concept through delivery.
- Experience managing program execution across Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including status reporting, risk and issue management, quality oversight, stakeholder communication, and delivery governance.
