4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
What you’ll do
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based full-stack applications with responsive front-end and scalable back-end components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver application enhancements.
- Develop, test, debug, and review application code to ensure functionality, performance, reliability, and code quality.
- Support cloud-based application delivery, workflow integration, and continuous improvement by adopting modern development practices and emerging technologies.
What you bring
- Experience supporting banking and financial services environments, including enterprise applications, customer-facing processes, transaction workflows, and business-critical operational systems.
- Experience designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating enterprise applications, APIs, interfaces, workflows, batch processes, and data-processing components supporting government programs.
- Experience supporting financial services business workflows and process automation, including workflow orchestration, transaction processing, operational services, and integration across enterprise systems.
- Experience collaborating with business and cross-functional stakeholders to translate financial services requirements and operational needs into application functionality, process improvements, and reliable enterprise solutions.
