4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Payroll Team Lead to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

What you’ll do

• Manage the full payroll cycle, including wage calculations, deductions, benefits, adjustments, and payroll processing for multiple entities.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records and ensure timely updates to employee compensation and personal information.
• Review payroll transactions for accuracy and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements, resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Respond to payroll inquiries, prepare payroll reports and documentation, and support payroll-related audits and operational activities.
