4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
What you’ll do
- Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise technology, data, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Analyze business processes, system interactions, data structures, workflows, and integration requirements to identify gaps and define effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain business requirements, process models, data flows, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, and related system documentation.
- Collaborate with business, technology, data, risk, security, and compliance stakeholders to support solution delivery, validate requirements, and assess business and system impacts.
What you bring
- Experience supporting regulated financial services and wealth management environments, including enterprise business processes, operational workflows, client-facing services, and financial data.
- Experience analyzing AI/GenAI business use cases within enterprise financial services environments and translating stakeholder needs, business objectives, and operational pain points into actionable requirements.
- Experience analyzing financial services business processes, data structures, data lineage, and system impacts to support AI-enabled products, integrations, and decision-making.
- Experience analyzing program policies, business rules, operational processes, and stakeholder needs and translating them into business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and system requirements.
