4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
What you’ll do
- Support SAP CS processes, configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement within SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions covering service, contracts, billing, and pricing processes.
- Support testing, incident resolution, root cause analysis, enhancements, and integration with related SAP modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams on solution design, implementation, and ongoing application support.
What you bring
- Experience supporting SAP Customer Service business processes, including customer service operations, service contracts, billing, pricing, and related customer lifecycle activities.
- Experience analyzing and improving cross-functional business processes involving Customer Service, Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Controlling, and Financial Accounting.
- Experience supporting enterprise service and order-to-cash environments, including complex customer transactions, contracts, billing processes, financial impacts, and operational workflows.
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders and functional teams to translate customer service requirements into SAP solutions, resolve business issues, and support continuous process improvement.
