4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
What you’ll do
- Design and lead agentic AI architectures, multi-agent workflows, RAG pipelines, and cloud-based AI services using modern AI and application development frameworks.
- Develop and review Python-based AI services and infrastructure automation while supporting cloud resources, APIs, security, monitoring, and scalable deployment practices.
- Establish standards for AI evaluation, observability, security, governance, guardrails, prompt protection, data privacy, and cost management.
What you bring
- Experience designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating enterprise applications, APIs, interfaces, workflows, batch processes, and data-processing components supporting government programs.
- Experience supporting insurance and claims business environments, including business processes, operational workflows, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience designing and delivering AI solutions that support enterprise automation, analytics, document and knowledge processing, and business decision-making.
- Experience supporting enterprise AI governance and operational processes involving data privacy, risk management, auditability, model performance, and responsible AI adoption.
