She demonstrates proven capability in managing day-to-day business relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, and delivering consistent, high-quality staffing services in alignment with State guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs).

Ms. Anuja brings extensive experience managing client relationships across complex government and consulting environments, including engagements with Deloitte, State of Texas DIR, Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), State of Florida DMS, State of Louisiana DAS, the U.S. House of Representatives, Capgemini Sogeti, KPMG, Oracle Corporation, and other multiple public sector staffing engagements. Her experience reflects a strong understanding of public sector procurement processes, contract compliance, and staffing delivery expectations.

Previously, Ms. Anuja served as a Recruiting Advisor at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where she supported Partners and Managing Directors within the Consulting practice. She led strategic hiring initiatives across Managed Services, Digital, Functional, and Industry Technologies, aligning recruiting operations with internal SLAs and client requirements. She developed pipeline strategies, analyzed labor market trends, and supported high-volume hiring initiatives while improving operational efficiency and enhancing diversity recruitment outcomes.
