Mr. Vivek Anand brings over 29 years of demonstrated experience managing large-scale professional services engagements supporting U.S. State, Federal, and commercial sector clients. His experience reflects a proven ability to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes in complex, high-volume environments requiring strict adherence to contractual, regulatory, and performance requirements. Mr. Anand has been recognized for excellence in supplier performance, including a nomination for the “Supplier of the Year” award by Sabre Holdings and the D/FW Minority Supplier Development Council (MSDC), and serves as a panel speaker contributing industry insights on supplier diversity and government contracting practices.

Mr. Anand has successfully led and managed IT staffing contracts and enterprise engagements for multiple government agencies and large organizations, including the State of Texas (DIR), State of Louisiana, State of Florida, State of Illinois, Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), State of North Carolina, State of Michigan, the U.S. House of Representatives, as well as leading consulting firms such as EY, Deloitte LLP, KPMG LLP, DXC, Oracle, Maximus, and Conduent.

Vivek holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering from College of Engineering, Nagpur University, Maharashtra, India. Prior to working for 4Ci, Vivek worked with Pentafour Software Solutions in India and USA.
