Mr. Lavu has over 22 years of professional experience including direct experience supporting U.S. State government sector staffing operations, demonstrating the ability to manage high-volume recruiting requirements in compliance with contractual obligations, procurement guidelines, and agency-specific requirements.

Sudhir manages high volume IDIQ staffing engagements for 4Ci clients such as State of Texas DIR, State of Illinois, and Deloitte Consulting reflecting a proven record of delivering qualified and reliable personnel across complex, multi-agency environments.

Mr. Lavu has expertise with full lifecycle recruiting and workforce planning, including defining sourcing strategies, evaluating candidate qualifications, and supporting compensation and engagement alignment in accordance with contract guidelines. He establishes and tracks recruiting performance metrics, including submission quality, fill rates, turnaround time, and retention, and utilizes these metrics to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
