Ms. Unnati Pandya brings over 12+ years of professional experience managing U.S. State and Federal government contracts, with a strong focus on contract compliance, vendor management, and operational governance. She has demonstrated expertise in establishing and enforcing contract compliance guidelines, service level agreements (SLAs), and operational controls.

Ms. Pandya has extensive experience in adhering to client-specific requirements, State and Federal regulations, and established governance frameworks. She conducts comprehensive reviews and validations of contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), purchase orders, deliverable timelines, subcontractor agreements, background verification reports, and contractor documentation to ensure full compliance with contractual SLAs and engagement terms.

Ms. Pandya also leads company’s subcontractor engagement activities, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and compliance with diversity participation goals such as SDVOB, M/WBE and HUB reporting requirements, including accurate tracking and reporting of spend.
