4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Management Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and activities to support organizational transitions, business readiness, and successful implementation of new processes, systems, and initiatives.
- Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and readiness evaluations to identify potential resistance, organizational challenges, and support requirements; collaborate with business leaders to develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and deliver communication materials, stakeholder engagement activities, and training programs to ensure employees and affected stakeholders understand upcoming changes, implementation expectations, and required actions.
- Monitor change adoption, assess the effectiveness of communication and training activities, collect stakeholder feedback, and recommend improvements to strengthen readiness, engagement, and implementation outcomes
What you bring
- Experience supporting organizational transformation initiatives involving changes to business processes, operational procedures, organizational structures, systems, and employee responsibilities.
- Experience assessing stakeholder readiness, identifying jurisdictional and organizational impacts, and coordinating business readiness activities across multiple teams, locations, and stakeholder groups.
- Experience developing stakeholder engagement strategies, communication plans, training initiatives, and adoption support activities to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize operational disruption.
- Experience collaborating with business leaders, project teams, and operational stakeholders to monitor change adoption, address resistance, communicate implementation progress, and improve organizational readiness.
