4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Management Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
What you’ll do
- Proactively engage business stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and gather product requirements for conversational AI initiatives.
- Consolidate, prioritize, and document stakeholder requirements, translating business objectives into clear product requirements, user stories, and actionable deliverables.
- Collaborate with business teams, technical teams, and other stakeholders to align product priorities, clarify requirements, resolve gaps, and support product delivery.
- Communicate product objectives, requirements, progress, and decisions effectively while ensuring conversational AI solutions align with business expectations and user needs.
What you bring
- Experience supporting product initiatives involving conversational AI, virtual assistants, chatbots, and AI-enabled customer or employee interactions.
- Experience engaging business stakeholders to understand operational needs, consolidate requirements, and translate business priorities into product objectives and functional expectations.
- Experience coordinating business and technical teams to align requirements, product priorities, user experience expectations, and implementation plans.
- Experience supporting AI-enabled business solutions while balancing stakeholder needs, usability, business objectives, and organizational priorities.
