4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Information Technology Project Managers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
What you’ll do
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, demonstrations, and retrospectives, to support effective team collaboration and delivery.
- Coordinate with product owners and development teams to refine backlogs, estimate work, define epics and user stories, and support sprint commitments.
- Identify and resolve impediments, manage delivery risks, coordinate dependencies across teams, and communicate project status, progress, and metrics to stakeholders.
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement by analyzing team performance, facilitating retrospectives, and supporting effective collaboration across project teams.
What you bring
- Experience managing Agile delivery for technology projects, including coordinating development teams, product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery groups.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing backlogs, refining requirements, and translating business and technical needs into epics, features, and user stories.
- Experience coordinating sprint commitments, delivery dependencies, impediment resolution, project metrics, and stakeholder communications to support predictable project outcomes.
- Experience managing complex government technology initiatives across requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and operational transition while coordinating state agencies, business teams, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
