4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified HR Specialist to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
What you’ll do
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, professional networks, social platforms, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate qualifications, technical experience, and alignment with position requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to manage recruiting priorities, interview coordination, candidate feedback, and hiring decisions.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records, monitor candidate progress, and provide status updates while managing multiple priorities and hiring timelines.
What you bring
- Experience supporting technology, professional services, or large complex organizations, with a strong understanding of enterprise recruiting environments and workforce requirements.
- Experience managing end-to-end technical recruiting processes, including intake, sourcing, candidate assessment, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Experience supporting high-volume and complex staffing initiatives, balancing aggressive hiring goals, shifting priorities, competing demands, and candidate/client experience.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and business stakeholders to provide recruiting guidance, market insights, candidate recommendations, and workforce solutions while maintaining strong communication and delivery focus.
