4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Marketing Managers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
What you’ll do
- Own product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and prioritization while aligning current and future delivery with business objectives, customer needs, and organizational priorities.
- Partner with business, data, technology, and product teams to define requirements, manage dependencies, evaluate product performance, and deliver data-enabled capabilities.
- Lead and coach cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, facilitate collaboration, and align stakeholders around product vision, priorities, and delivery expectations.
What you bring
- Experience leading product ownership and management within financial services, particularly client onboarding, customer relationship management, and enterprise business platforms.
- Experience managing data as a product or business capability, using data, analytics, metrics, and insights to guide product prioritization and measure business outcomes.
- Experience managing complex financial services product processes, stakeholder needs, business requirements, roadmaps, dependencies, and delivery across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Experience managing complex government technology initiatives across requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and operational transition while coordinating state agencies, business teams, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
