4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
What you’ll do
- Design, develop, and enhance AI-enabled applications using Python, generative AI, AI agents, and agentic frameworks.
- Build LLM-powered solutions using prompt engineering, structured outputs, RAG, and LLM evaluation approaches.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and scalable cloud-native application components supporting enterprise solutions.
- Implement and support AI-powered question-answering and customer interaction solutions within cloud-based environments.
What you bring
- Experience supporting State Government enterprise applications and digital services, including citizen-facing programs, agency operations, data exchanges, and complex regulatory and security requirements.
- Experience designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating enterprise applications, APIs, interfaces, workflows, batch processes, and data-processing components supporting government programs.
- Experience supporting government contact center and constituent service environments, including customer interactions, service workflows, inquiry resolution, and integration of digital and assisted-service channels.
- Experience working within state government technology delivery environments, collaborating with agency stakeholders, business teams, technical teams, security groups, and vendors to deliver scalable applications and modern digital capabilities.
