4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
What you’ll do
- Provide expert technical support for VistA and MUMPS-based applications, including incident triage, defect analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis across application code, data, configuration, workflows, interfaces, and system environments.
- Develop and review remediation plans covering code and data impacts, testing, deployment, release readiness, and rollback considerations.
- Support Tier 2/Tier 3 operations, production releases, validation, post-release monitoring, documentation, and continuous sustainment improvements.
What you bring
- Experience supporting federal healthcare systems, including mission-critical healthcare applications, government operational processes, and federal sustainment environments.
- Experience supporting VistA-based healthcare applications, including clinical and administrative workflows, production operations, application sustainment, defect resolution, and system maintenance.
- Experience supporting mission-critical federal healthcare systems through Tier 2/Tier 3 production support, incident and defect management, root cause analysis, remediation planning, release readiness, and post-release monitoring.
- Experience collaborating with federal government stakeholders, product owners, developers, testers, release managers, and operations teams to resolve production issues, manage sustainment backlogs, improve operational processes, and support knowledge transfer.
