4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Management Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
What you’ll do
- Author, review, and update policies, procedures, and process documentation across assigned capital markets trading and operations functions.
- Partner with desk leads, operations teams, and other stakeholders to understand business workflows and translate complex processes into clear, structured documentation.
- Analyze existing processes and documentation to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improved operational efficiency and compliance.
- Maintain documentation in alignment with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, operational standards, and business changes.
What you bring
- Experience supporting capital markets operations and financial services processes, including trading desk workflows, operational controls, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Experience authoring, reviewing, and maintaining policies and procedures for Repo, Collateral Management, Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), and Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) operations.
- Experience analyzing complex capital markets and banking processes and translating operational workflows, controls, and regulatory requirements into clear, structured procedures and documentation.
- Experience collaborating with trading desk leads, operations teams, and other financial-services stakeholders to ensure procedures accurately reflect business processes, regulatory requirements, and operational practices.
