Illinois governmental units and qualified not-for-profit agencies may request services as needed through a Statement of Work. Each SOW identifies the position titles, required technology skills, number of resources, work location and expected duration. Services may be delivered remotely or at agency locations throughout Illinois, subject to the contract’s award-order process.
