The contract gives state agencies a structured way to obtain temporary IT professionals for infrastructure, operations, technical services, support services, software applications, reporting and analytics. 4Ci is qualified across all five staffing resource areas identified in the contract.

Louisiana using agencies conduct a Tier Two competitive process by issuing a Request for Response. Selected resources are engaged through an IT Staffing Resource Task Order that defines the personnel, deliverables, work location, performance period and agency-specific requirements.
